Based in West Palm Beach and proudly Mexican, Raul brings over 35 years of experience to the concrete industry. Among his proudest achievements is working alongside his father on a project over a decade ago, a job that holds great sentimental value to him.
Raul has witnessed significant changes in the industry, from advancements in power tools to more efficient teams and equipment, which have made the job easier and teamwork more effective. For him, the Vida team stands out for its friendly and supportive culture. Unlike previous employers, Vida prioritizes not only the work but also the well-being of its team members, fostering a sense of brotherhood and care for every individual.
His greatest accomplishment? Finding balance. Five years ago, Raul made the decision to prioritize his family, cherishing weekends and evenings spent at home. His journey is a testament to hard work, family values, and the power of a supportive team.
